We then had 1 night in Tokyo, 1 night in Nagoya and 2 nights in Kyoto.

I have decided to separate the next 3 posts into the 3 places

Tokyo

Walking around Tokyo was incredible and there was one thing that was everywhere - vending machines! You could even get a meal from them.

We decided to go up the Tokyo Tower. Great experience. Although not as high as other towers in other cities.

We found some crazy crepes at the bottom. My brother decided to have a traditional chocolate crepe but he didn't take a picture sorry

That evening we headed out for some Japanese food. I had some pork gyoza and some chicken and cashew nuts, both were delicious.

We then headed for some drinks. As a bar snack, we tried deep fried spaghetti, very unusual but great for a salty snack, and ideal for getting people to buy more drinks.

The next morning at the hotel for breakfast, I just grabbed a green tea muffin as I was feeling a little delicate after drinks the night before

We then headed to Nagoya...

I love all the different flavour popcorn, although I’m sure the chocolate would be my favourite too 😃

Our son and his fiancée visited Japan earlier this year and he was amazed at the vending machines too.

The pork gyoza and chicken and cashew nuts both look really delicious. The deep fried salted spaghetti seems a nice change from salted peanuts, still tempts you to drink more though 😂 The green tea muffin looks good too. In fact, I may as well say I love the look of all the food 😂 Really enjoying reading your report

They were incredible! We tried quite a few drinks out of them but was a little scared to try some of the food.

Thank you! And thanks for reading
