I have all my outside lights and decorations up. They went up on Saturday. You may laugh or say it’s only November but it was our only weekend free to be able to do it before Christmas.

We saw our first ones lit up last night as I was coming home from work, counted 3 all within a 3 minute drive home, glad daughter wasn't in car cos she'd be asking about ours going up

There has been a few near us up from the 1st November, but it's a tradition now to see those houses decorated

Quite a few up during last week in my street but for some reason everyone and their granny were putting theirs up yesterday
Every post on my fb timeline was of Christmas trees going up... I clearly missed that memo

We flew into JFK on 29th October. On the drive into Manhattan there were several houses fully decorated for Christmas. Felt like I was in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.

Usually it is in December as far as I can remember!

Seriously though, it’s far too early for me, but if others want to put their decs up, it’s not harming anyone else, so let them get on with it, but I won’t be joining them yet.

😊.. Too early for me but I do quite enjoy seeing the lights on houses as I drive around

It is a little early for me personally but as someone else said, they’re not harming anyone so whatever!
I absolutely love Christmas and feel like it dilutes it a bit (for me anyway)
