Christmas at Kew

Along a similar vein, we went to Syon’s enchanted woodland tonight and it wasn’t very good,the last bit was ok but hasn’t changed in the 5 years we last went .
It’s a shame as the grounds are lovely.
Will risk the parking and try Kew next year instead

We live about 40 mins away from Kew and have done this 3 times. It’s beautifully done but we’ve preferred some years lights more than others. We’ve been lucky with the weather each time and we always book parking. This means you come in through the back gate which isn’t busy at all. The car park does fill up though, even with prebooking, so I think you can end up parking along the back road, outside of the car park? I don’t think they are too strict on your entry time, we’ve got in slightly early before. Plenty of hot chocolate and mulled wine stalls on the way round. Hope everyone that goes stays dry and has a fab evening x
