Aaargh! Struggling to book Savi’s

Am struggling to book the lightsaber experience. Tried pc and mobile and two different payment cards. Website just states: something has gone wrong.
Phoned WDW and was advised can only be booked online. Anyone any suggestions?

There’s a thread about it a little way down the page, here. Someone on there phoned and they were put through to a different department to book it for them so you could try that 🤞🏼

The only way I could book it online, was not to use Chrome but a different browser

Sorry, I just realised that dibber who booked online was for the droid not Savi’s but I hope a different browser works for you!

It wasn’t working at all the other day, it kept going to a blank page for me, it seems to be ok now, I can get to payment stage but I don’t want to go any further.

I previously booked the droid build for DH and I recall having some trouble processing the payment. I found that it had prepopulated a telephone number that was not in the correct format, when I changed that it went through, so maybe check all the boxes again.

If you can't get a booking for Savi's then consider buying the legacy light sabres from Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. They are cheaper and good quality.

Ooh might get one of these next time! Got my booking and made my saber. Utterly fantastic. I need more and a stand and stuff! A great experience- cast members were wonderful.
I did get stopped at Heathrow security though!
