Apps and websites for Universal & Disney park live queue times
Which apps and websites do I need to be using for accurate updated park opening times (so I know before I go to bed what time we need to be up!) and also for the most accurate live queue times?
Is it all on MDE for Disney? What’s best to use for Universal? Any tips of utilising the tech to make things easier to plan? We go next week so going to download and set up anything useful this weekend. |

The DIBB. We have the most up to date park opening times and wait times.
Park hours are updated twice a day and notifications sent out if they change. Wait times are updated every minute. With 7 day histories and trends and averages shown. Edited at 09:45 PM. |

I'm not sure why you wouldn't use the times in the My Disney Experience app - it's certainly what we always use.
Any other source can only, at best, be copying those, either through screen-scraping, an API or similar. |

My Disney App doesn’t cover us for Universal so was after tips for that too. Certainly happy to be told My Disney is best for our Disney days.

Universal also has their own app, with live wait times, and virtual queue bookings for rides using that.
it's all on the official websites. universalorlando/web...age/mobile-app |

We subscribe to Touring Plans. Well worth it for so much, and the Lines app wait times were always spot on for Disney. Much more accurate than MDE or posted wait times.
