Hours change September

Hi all

Just had an email from touring plans. It looks like they might be ditching the Halloween parties. Any thoughts?

That or they're restricting the time Halloween party guests and other guests are in the park together? I hope they aren't cancelling them... but I wouldn't be surprised

Just had the same from Touring Plans park closing at 7pm and not 6pm from 8th October (when we are supposed to arrive).

It looks like they are cancelling Halloween parties and reducing hours.

Friday 25th Sep
In April MK was noted as
9-6pm with 8am EMH & MNSSHP
Now it’s
9-7pm with 8am EMH

Wed 23rd Sep
In April was 9-9 with EMH til 11pm
Now it’s 9-7 with EMH til 9pm

Thu 24th Sep
Was 9-9
Now 9-7

It’s the same for our full 2 week stay, I wasn’t going to cancel but definitely given me something to think about. I know park hours change all the time but this to me says they don’t expect full capacity or fireworks in Sep.

I was remaining positive about our dates until I received the hours update email

Got the same for October, closing at 7pm every night.
Think the MNSSHP are still on though 7-12. Just no parades or fireworks shown on their schedule.

If they are not allowing parades, fireworks and character meets then I don’t see how they could have the Halloween parties anyway.

Like others have said not entirely unexpected but a huge disappointment

Now Epcot opening is changed to 11am, what will happen to my 8am Garden Grill reservation?

We were going end of October/November getting the same updates for October part of our holiday but not November yet. Funny time changes?! We also have a 9am garden grill breakfast 😩

On the MDE app it's still showing as special event 7pm til 12. It's definitely updated as they're showing the new park hours.

Will they refund the MNSSHP tickets, have read on Facebook that they are allowing the credit to remain on account but that’s no good for us, also says a 20% charge for floridatix can they charge this if the event is cancelled?
