Orlando-Ticket-Deals, have they emailed you?

Currently on a very slow chat with OTD. I have asked what is happening with our Aug 2020 Disney tickets, told me that an email was sent yesterday to all customers advising them what is happening.

Has anyone had this email?

You may want to contact them then, my adviser is just checking if I was on the email list. I did ask to just send the email again (?), no reply to that.

No but I have have just rang and paid for my tickets this morning. Was told they will arrive in the next few days.

My email from them has just come through. At least they're offering a credit for the deposit if you choose to cancel.

But the terms and conditions for payment to them when I booked mine were no less than 42 days before issue. So they are asking for full payment early this voiding their own terms so should refund in money and not a credit note.
