Re-Booking with Virgin
Was meant to be going July flight only, decided to re-book for December and filled in the form couple of weeks back.
Today Virgin called back , total flights for July direct there and back total price with taxes £730 , offered direct there and indirect back total price with taxes on their website £732. Told I had to pay an extra £92 to book the new flights all the lady could say was that it's a difference in taxes. Mailed customer relations to see if they can explain. Thought I'd post in here to see if anyone here can offer any hints as to what I'm missing |
