BT Sport
I am trying unsuccessfully to pause my BT sport subscription, has anyone managed this please!
I have done Sky sports, but BT have no live chat, rung them and I’m cut off and tried on the forum but don’t receive the confirmation email. Has anyone had more success please?

Did you manage to speak to them?, if I can’t cancel, at least I’ll remove the HD charge. I cannot get through to them 😭😡

I really thought BT Sports would fall inline as Sky are allowing their customers with BT Sports in their package to pause. Seems a really stupid move.

Same with Virginmedia. My husband and daughter try to cancel it and cannot get through.

I just cannot get through to BT, I have tried everything. The forum looks effective but I can’t post anything as I have never received the confirmation email😡, I’ve requested it to be resent but the website states that I have exceeded the maximum amount of times it can be resent, even though I’ve never received one (checked Spam, junk etc)
