Jet 2 - NOT great service - NOW great service
Having followed a number of threads relating to Jet 2 and their seemingly angelic treatment of customers I'm starting off a thread I did not think I needed to.
Having posted on a previous thread and then used the email from to contact customer care - NOTHING Having received a phone call from them (ironically at the same time we should have been in mid air on our trip to Lanzarote) no email confirmation of the conversation. - NOTHING Having tried to contact them to clarify the situation - NOTHING Decided to follow a bit of advice from social media and contacted via their facebook page - The reply intimated that that our holiday - which we would already have returned from - had not yet been cancelled and there was no record of them phoning me Know others have had great service but this is really P-ing me off big time now. All they actually need to do is what was promised nearly 2 weeks ago. Is it that difficult?

They got there in the end - thanks Jet2 It took a while but they remained true to their word - will remember that when booking in the future Now for Holiday Extras

Totally agree with you both- jet2 are certainly one company coming out of this with great credibility. Will definitely use them again once we can all get back to planning holidays again . Once we got in touch with them their speed in sorting us out was second to none. 👍

Another Jet 2 customer here, refund promised on Monday and went into my account today, going to book for next year now.

I can also praise jet2 for no problem full refund as they are working in date order had to wait a few weeks definitely will book with jet2 again.

Not a flight/holiday refund question I know, but I had cause to contact Jet2 a couple of years ago concerning an incorrect charge for excess baggage. A phone call the next day from the Head of Customer Service solved the problem and their cheque landed on my mat 2 days later. Great service!
