Big potato’s need two hours, I put the at 180 and forget about them for two hours and they come out so yummy

Wash, prick all over. Microwave for 3.30 mins (1 potato double time for 2 potatoes ) then turn and 3.30 mins again. Put on baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt put in middle oven shelf for half hour, turn potatoes and bake for a further half hour. Gorgeous crispy skin, fluffy inside.

Managed to make my baked potatoes. Was lovely.
Dunno what I did so wrong the other week

I put them on a tray , olive oil and salt on skins and oven at about 160 for hour to hour and half
I always get value spuds but taste yum 😋
