Hi, I'm looking for recommendations of any holiday accommodation in the Cornwall/Devon area that has fantastic sea views. I would prefer a more modern finish and must have parking.

When we went to Cornwall last year, we noticed a nice property overlooking the beach. We haven�t stayed there tho so don�t know what it�s like inside. It was called Above The Beach, Trevanance Cove. It�s within walking distance of a lovely little village called St Agnes.

Did you want self catering as we stay in an amazing place in St Ives which is built into the rocks right on the beach, the rooms are really light and modern and it�s a pub that serves amazing food as well. It also has a heated pool.

Weve been to Cornwall a couple of times over the last few years. Once staying at The Park Mawgan Porth near Newquay. We stayed in an airstream but they also have some stunning lodges cottages mobile homes etc. Loved it and loved the area minus most of Newquay. Last time we rented a cottage in Polruan near Fowey. Absolutely stunning place cedar hot tub bbq hut breathtaking views.
It was called Trelowan with Classic Cottages.

If it�s a view you�d like you can�t beat The Pednolva in St Ives, you can book at parking space with your room. Some of the rooms have balconies directly overlooking the sea. pednolva/
