Just to confirm the above and as suspected the extension is for tickets that are full purchased (just had a online chat with the lady and to be fair she did show me how to get tickets cheeper than the combination deals). I presume that a deposit is "an intention to buy" and therefore not classed as full purchase. The next question is if it's worth loosing the £40 deposit if there are any better details to be had.

Would be interesting if there are any better deals out there, i paid £665 each for a Universal/Disney switch ticket - that was a black friday deal and pretty unbeatable at the time.
