hopefully, it does seem like an insane level of debt though, ive just had to cancel our reservation in September.

I'm no expert but when I read on here that a company allows a change to a booking when it becomes cheaper seems to be a daft thing to do. Or for someone to cancel a booking then rebook it cheaper especially as we would be objecting if they increased the price after booking.

Yes we all like to pay as little as possible but why cant a company sell it the best price in the first place, they wouldn't need offers or sales pitches as everyone knows it was fair.

I get sales to get rid of old stock but for a car hire company or hotel?
