Costco car rental cancelled

Cancelled our Costco car rental with Hertz today for early July

confirmed full refund will be on CC in 10 days.

Did you have to ring them to do this. I know it says if paid in full you have to ring them.

No there�s a form now on the website. Emailed back a response within 15 mins 😀

Update full refund on DH credit card today 30/05.

I�d have been surprised of anything less from a Costco.

Never in almost 20 years have I ever had a customer services issues with them in either the UK or US.

I have been a member for 20+ years and only found out about the car rental last summer when we hired in Spain, faultless service and will definitely be booking car hire this way in the future.
I must admit in the few occasions we�ve had a problem with anything bought in store replacement/refund has been instant with no problem. Maybe a few travel companies should take note of their customer service attitude 😉
