fastplass+ and virgin

So, my 60 days was on the 13th of may, completely forgot due to looking to reschedule and cancel this year (for obvious reasons) however, having heard NOTHING from virgin, I thought i'd provisionally book my fastpasses just in case. I logged into the MDE app and noticed that while our dining plan and hotel package is present, our tickets are not and i'm not able to book any fastpasses.

on the virginholidays website it states that my tickets will be ready on the 13th of june? (why? )

surely this means that they're giving me a 30 days fastpass window and not a 60 day one despite staying onsite with free dining?

is this a known issue and how was it resolved? granted, i'm now 8 days into my fastpass window for a trip that likely isn't happening but i'd still like it resolved if at all possible given that you can't actually contact virgin.

About to be in this situation myself and done some searching on it, it seems the best way around this is to cancel your tickets from virgin and buy them direct from Disney or another seller , you get our ticket number straight away which you can put in the app and link it all up to get the 60 day.

We are hoping to go December and we are staying in the dolphin, I have entered the virgin reference number in the Disney site and also my ticket number and its all linked up and ready to go at 60 days out

If the OP has got a free dining plan than this won't work, sorry.

We had this problem when we booked through Thomas Cook a few years ago.
We gave Disney a ring and they sorted it on the phone.

Hi, i gave disney a call and they were unable to sort, they said virgin had booked the room and dining plan but not provided them with ticket information: doesn’t really make a whole lot of sense because you need a ticket for dining.
