Budget skip the counter

Hi, I’ve recently booked a fly drive with BA for the end of next year.
Previously been with Avis, which I had the app and could skip the counter and go direct to the garage.
Do Budget do a similar thing ?

They have something called Fastbreak but its not something we can use (UK isn't on the registraiton list and you still need to visit the rental desk on the first occassion to register a card with them)
