The spa would need to be open and treatments available - this is regardless of the holiday for us though, not cruise specific!

Room service wouldn’t be a deciding factor for us, I don’t think characters would either. The service level we received from DCL puts me off trying anyone else as I know I’ll compare!

Masks would probably put us off though.

I think mine would be restaurant meals and evening shows.

Nice added bonuses would be hot tubs, room service, bar service and activities.

Stuff I'm not as bothered about are Characters (although would be sad not to have and I think price wise we should get something to compensate like a printed postcard of each character would be cool), room service (like others said I mean to use it but don't), kids clubs (but this is selfishly as I don't have kids so not a deal breaker for me), pools (very rarely use), spa (although I love a spa I can live without) and tours (don't mind being restricted to DCL as in all honesty I usually go with them anyway just because being solo it feels a little safer) oh and wearing masks - just got back from Warner and they had a mask policy in place which I actually didn't find too bad to deal with. That said they did say you could remove in the theatre but wearing around the hotel was perfectly normal after a few hours.
