Attempting a replacement booking

Like many our flights from Dub - Mco were cancelled. Spoke with AL this morning and refund on way in 10 days

Found another deal with BA (flight only) but this time indirect. This is our usual flight.

Hesitant to book because it’s the same dates. I’m not sure why I’m worried think because normally it’s only a 1 and done thing. Anyone had this feeling trying to sort a second (or Iv seen for some up to 10x replacement bookings) that can tell me to wise up

Don’t want to be stuck with voucher either as it won’t suit us

Car hire and hotel still booked as it stands

British airways are very good at giving refunds if they cancel your flight/holiday so you shouldn’t worry about being stuck with a voucher presuming you would go if the flights go (borders open)
