I buy Clover, Flora ," I can't believe it's not butter" or whatever is on offer as mainly used on kids toast or pieces and they don't like butter.

I treat myself to a lurpak speadable about once a year and buy own brand butter for baking.

usually branded in our house as
dd prefers lurpac slightly salted
ds will only use bertolli
ds 2 has to have dairy free
me I prefer butter but I'll take whatever is available as I rarely have any anyway

I think margarine tastes disgusting and if it was that or nothing I’d have dry bread.

I buy lurpak but i don’t mind unbranded butter too.

Has to be natural butter ..spreads are fake nasty altered garb.. I used to buy branded but cows in the UK are grass fed so any butter is fine ... USA totally different story as their cattle is grain fed which is not good ...
