Fastpass is only coming back I suspect when they have decided on the new system and how it’s monetised. I would be very surprised if Fastpass as we know it came back.
Dining plan is only coming back when they have enough restaurants open.
Fireworks are being tested now, with rumours of a start shortly.
They have sort of parades now or cavalcade. Suspect the fireworks will come back first as they could control crowd distancing with fireworks better than parades maybe as you can see them from all over the park and don’t have to stand on Main Street/ Hub.

As sad as I am about that, I think you are spot on. Disney are going to cash in on the fast pass system rather than bring back the free ones, I would be gobsmacked if they don’t, I’m just hoping that somehow they do something by way of a ‘perk’ for on-site/DVC members as part of it 👍

Fireworks are expected to return within the next couple of months, likely July, according to other websites. Disney has been testing MK fireworks recently.

Ooo I didn’t look at the date, it popped up as a new post when I was scrolling
