Hi so my use year is August

So does the booking need to be completed by August

So could I book first 31st July for two weeks ? Or would my booking need to be completed by August?

Your last night of the stay would have to be 31st July if the points are from the current use year.

For example points issued on 1st Aug 2021 must be used for a stay up too 31st July 2022, unless they are banked into the 2022 use year.

Stays over the anniversary of your use year needs careful planning as the points have to be in the correct year and you would need separate bookings - one in each year.

Ok there is sort of 2 answers to this & it depends on what you mean by completed by August? So your UY runs from the 1st of the first month to the last day of the 12th month so in your case 01/08-31/07 so you either holiday in your current UY- finishing on 31st or you could start in the current UY & bank into the next & crossover the UY- still the same number of points IYKWIM
