Ramada Plaza

Has anyone stayed in the Ramada Plaza on Int Drive... Comes in well priced and looks lovely with views across to Volcano Bay and parks etc and has great looking Skybar but doesn't get great reviews on Trip Advisor 3/5... 289th out 385 hotels. Booking on a strict budget but obviously don't want a horrendous time. Travelling alone with my 2 boys of 10 and 12. Location looks perfect for universal and Int drive etc.

Yeah reviews aren’t great at all which put me off so deciding on Rosen pointe instead probably for the universal part

I think I'm leaning towards Rosen... Maybe the one nearest Universal, they all get good reviews and only bout extra £100 on Netflights or Love holidays

I would avoid it, unless your staying on the suite side, the standard hotel room block is awful. It’s situated behind a strip mall and it’s a dubious walk to it in the dark. The rosen closest to universal would definitely be a gd option same with rosen international just a little further south

Have a look on travel republic mate the rosens are very cheap on there at the moment …around £47 a night

I didn't like the layout of Rosen, very old fashioned, Have you considered Comfort Inn? thats a fantastic hotel, we have stayed there, it's set on a road behind International drive, so you don't hear the noise but it's just a 2 minute walk to International drive, great location, near to Universal. Have a look!

Found what I think is a great deal on Booking.Com... £688 for 12 nights at Hilton Garden Inn top of Int Drive right next to Universal... Ranked #50 out of 380 hotels... I think I should book🤔🤔🤔

Cancel that, although it says 688 when you reserve a room it jumps to 765... Rosen near to Universal so far winner lol

watch out for resort fees and parking fees, the rosens have neither i believe.
