Apart from Calgary and the Rocky Mountain tour, this is exactly what I want to do. I've got the cruise booked, with a few days in vancouver before, and am hoping to fly to LA for a week ish after (though DCL now have added the Pacific coast sailing and I'm tempted to do a back to back...) I hadn't heard of John Wayne Airport though, so thank you for that!
