Sunset Vistas Gulf Coast

Looking to stay on Gulf Coast for 5 nights next July after the parks in Orlando and like the look of Sunset Vistas. There are 4 of us - including my 20 yo DD and 18 yo DS - so Sunset Vistas looks good with 2 bedrooms etc - bit more space!
My only concern is that there are a few reviews on TripAdvisor remarking on lack of cleanliness standards. A Dibb search shows it is often recommended on here so was hoping Dibbers could provide more of an insight! Is it clean? Or are there issues?
Anyone recommend something else in the area if standards have slipped at SV?
