Booking Hard rock hotel

Hello everyone 😁

Where has everyone been booking the hard rock hotel? Or has anyone used a company before they would recommend?
I usually book direct through universal which you only pay the first night as a deposit, I’ve looked on booking.com and although it’s free cancellation it’s all the money up front. I’m just wondering if there’s a cheaper/better place to book?
Also is there every sales ect or do you just book whenever?

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Travel Republic were doing some £15 deposit deals on HRH. Not sure if it's still being offered but worth a look.

I'm looking at this as the friend I may be travelling with would want to go to Universal as well. Current plan is to add on just those nights onto a flight booking with BA. Turns it into a package then so only deposit required for both flights and hotel.

Although we would stay at either RPR or SFR (haven't decided if we want Express passes yet - not a fan of Universal's rides) but all part of the same Loews brand so imagine is the same for HRH.

I’ve booked with travel republic, cheapest price for us (although we have booked a future rock suite, as need two rooms) and only £15.

Thank you for your replies! Have people been with travel republic before and they are trusted? Does the express pass still come included and does anyone know if the price includes tax as it does booking straight through universal?

I haven't used them but the express pass is a standard hotel benefit, not a booking perk. So who you book it through makes no difference.

I’ve used travel republic a few times and no problems.

The price quoted will be the price you pay.

Express passes come with the room, so you’ll get them with HRH no matter who you book with.

I think Hotel.com is still offering free cancellation. This is why we used them to book our for next year.

We usually book through Travel Republic, but the last time we did Universal (2018) and for next year, we booked through Virgin Holidays, both times they were cheaper than TR/Hotel.com etc, and for 2022, we added it to our fly drive booking with VH. But never had any issues booking with TR.
