Cheese topped tea - yuck!
What a lovely place the wetlands are to go to in such a high rise city, it looked beautiful in the pictures.
So many little markets to go to and buy bits from, once again I think your amazing finding your way and seeing all these things on your own.

Apart from the metro closing a little earlier, graffiti and some vandalism on the ticket machines, there had been little sign of the unrest.

Where are you planning on staying? I would have no hesitation coming back.

The wetlands was an unexpected treasure - well worth the visit!

There are markets and malls everywhere

That’s very reassuring so thank you.

We haven’t booked anywhere yet, the first couple of nights we’ll stay at one of the Disney hotels and then we’re currently thinking of the Hotel Icon for the remainder of the holiday.

Such an interesting day for you. That temple is tiny - it’s amazing that it’s hundreds of years old.

Not sure about the cheese topped tea though, although I’m sure that there’s much worse to be had there!

What a great day. The wetlands place looks so lovely and not at all what I was expecting. You covered some ground today !

I had to re read that cheese topped tea several times .. is that real cheese ?

I love the variety of the spots you visited.

Hotel Icon seems to be recommended on the TripAdvisor forums! You will have a blast!
