This is the 'Grey Area' with HB, the TS restaurants offer a 3 course set Menu, with limited choices, which is covered by the Voucher and represents a pretty good saving. If you want something different, from the A la Carte, then you just get the cash face value, ie; no saving above paying in Euros. Hope that makes a bit more sense.

Of course, sometimes DLP offers free HB with bookings which is a different matter
