Mobile Dvc member website waitlisting

Hi all, I’m just wondering if anyone else is having problems waitlisting on the dvc member website? I haven’t been able to waitlist since end of May it keeps throwing up the seven dwarfs error page. Dvc helpline are blaming it on safari web browser but I’ve tried it on google chrome internet explorer and Firefox none of which work either.
It’s frustrating how long the problem has gone on for and dvc very laid back just ‘phone us instead’ attitude instead of trying to fix the problem.

We've managed to waitlist twice for our current use-year and I've just tried a dummy waitlist for next use-year and that was okay and I'm also using Safari.

When does the seven dwarfs error page pop up, at the end when you wait for confirmation, or before?

it allows me to do the whole process/entering personal details but once I click submit waitlist the automatic seven dwarfs error comes up, thanks for doing a dummy waitlist booking it’s helpful to know it’s an issue on my end and not an overall one.

Yes it’s very odd as I can make and cancel bookings ok it’s just waitlisting/cancelling waitlists I can’t do. In my mind If it was a safari web browser problem then the whole website wouldn’t work and not just one aspect of it.

But after another attempt we manged a waitlist for next year and it stated - Your Waitlist Request is Created - Confirmation Number: 2750***.

It showed up on our Dashboard and we've now deactivated it.

Deactivate Waitlist Request
By selecting “Yes, Deactivate Waitlist” below, it cannot be reactivated.

Waitlist Request to Deactivate:

Disney's Old Key West Resort

Deluxe Studio – Near Hospitality House
1 -Night Stay
Check-In: Mar 10, 2020 Check-Out: Mar 11, 2020
Waitlist Details Expires:31 Days Before Arrival (Feb 8, 2020).

Reservation Removed From Waitlist

You have successfully removed this travel plan.


And we're using Safari Version 12.1.1

Did you ever resolve this?

I am having the same trouble and have attempted to do it multiple times without success.

Its driving me nuts!

No sadly not, I’ve emailed and phoned numerous times but all they can come up with is clear your cookies & cache but it doesn’t do a thing 😩 I’ve tried logging on with abrand new laptop and new phone to see if it makes a difference but I still get 7 dwarfs 😭

Tried sons new laptop
Tried my phone

Tried incognito
cleared history
cleared cookies

I defo think its a techie problem but cannot figure it out yet
