I just called the number on the back of the brochure , which is

08448 008 111

then tell them you want to book the crossover deal from ? country , then when they put you through , tell them you want to book the ? deal from that country and it was as easy as that for us...

hi can you pay dposits on hotel if I ring this number or do you have to pay full amount thanks

When I rang I could pay deposit with the Balance paid 30 days before Departure. Think the deposit amount was about 12.5% of total holiday cost

really sorry only just getting back..
we paid deposit and full balance 30 days before also , so even longer to save than booking deposit on uk site ..

I am being told it is 15% deposit and balance 60 days before. Has anyone else been told this please?

Basically for me on the french site it is 30 days before departure, i go on the 23rd Dec, you pay the balance with a 15% deposit.
