We were lucky that we joined the queue one day when we were there in December after sheltering round the corner from the rain. We had no idea that there was a virtual queue and the staff let us stay ( staff were lovely). We were maybe 5-10 minutes. We got 2. I agree with Dr JJ that they are overpriced. I thought the whole experience of the queue then the store is a bit OTT. They were nice enough but I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Went last month, and I can say they live up to the hype. Bought some last day was there, froze them when got back. Leave for a couple of hours to defrost and enjoy.

We recently went to the one at Winter Park.
No ques. Had the choc chip original and the coffee one which was my favourite. Very rich and certainly ate it over a few days.

I really want to try these cookies! Do they still do a virtual queue for them or do you have to stand in line? A virtual queue at least means you can go and shop while waiting….
