It just says you need to be a Disney+ subscriber. Nothing about residency.
For those worried (not you, I fully appreciate) I'd have absolutely no hesitation as a UK resident booking a Disney-US offer.

I've done so several times in the past and there's been no issue at all, and no need to prove any kind of residency nor offer qualifiation.

Completely agree. I’ve been booking through the US site or by telephone for 30 years and we’ve never had an issue. Ever.
I’ve never actually booked through UK Disney.

We went ahead and booked anyway. It allowed me to put in an Irish address and card so assume it was fine. After posting I also remembered that you can just do mobile check in for your resort anyway, so IF they wanted proof of residency or qualification for the offer they would likely need to do it before you get there.

Always booked cash rooms with various offers through the US site. Never needed to prove residency or anything like that.

It's all the same company, just the currency that changes on the website really. I'm interested to see if anyone managed to modify a booking made on the UK site with this offer. I guess it would be like DCL where if you booked in £, you can't modify in $.

Historically they used to offer discounts quite similar to this to the general public (going back to before COVID-19) so I feel that it's likely they will offer similar discounts in the future for specific dates on the Disney USA website.

This is the first time they've added Disney+ into the equation though!

This offer seems pretty good. Does anybody know when this offer ends? I can’t seem to find any dates? Also, Is it worth booking a deluxe these days for Extra Magic Hours or would a moderate suffice?

It’s for stays 8th July - 30th September. Not sure when the offer ends though.
Bigger discounts on the deluxe which could well make it worth it for the EMH.
Best have a look and weigh up the difference in costs.
Hope you find something !

I've gone through all the details and there is no "book by" date stated anywhere.

There are some good deals on deluxes and, as you say, if you stay over a Monday and/or Wednesday night you get access to the extra evening hours, which does seem to be about the best perk still in existence for on-site guests.

I'm looking at 5 nights to tag onto our 10-nights at Caribbean Beach, and these are the prices I've drawn up from a selection of Disney-US using the Disney+ offer, renting DVC points (I'm assuming $18.50 per point), Disney-UK's current rates and Virgin Holidays. I've used an exchange rate of £1 = $1.30.

Fort Wilderness Cabins Disney-US £1,482
Animal Kingdom Lodge Disney-US £1,595
OKW 1-bed DVC £1,921
AK Kidani 1-bed DVC £1,992
Saratoga Springs 1-bed DVC £2,063
Saratoga Springs 1-bed Disney-US £2,145
Boulder Ridge 1-bed Disney-US £2,177
Boardwalk Inn Disney-US £2,357
Boulder Ridge 1-bed DVC £2,419
Beach Club Virgin Holidays £2441
Poly Disney-UK £2,680
