Deleted Profile on My Disney Experience

Hey all.

When we used to go to WDW before, me and my partner has our own MDE accounts but since I do all the planning, he deleted his with the intention of just being a "family member" on my MDE account, like our other family and friends are.

However, now, under my profile it shows my partner as: "DeletedProfileFirstName DeletedProfileLastName" rather than his name, but it does have his tickets/reservation under that name.

Any ideas how I can get this fixed?

Did a similar thing deleting my son’s profile from our family group, only to be unable to re-add it again.

Wound up calling Disney’s MDE support on 0800 169 0749. They’re in the US and open from 12pm noon UK time. Took me an hour or so of waiting on the phone, but problem was sorted and my son’s profile restored in 5 mins or so. Ticket & park reservations etc restored and was then able to make ADRs etc when our 60 booking came around.

I had the same issue, and I did as above.
