I've started packing!

I've just tried on my holiday clothes, it's not as bad as I thought im carrying a few christmas pounds but everything still fits.
Now I have to try and cut it down a bit, I'm trying to travel light as it's just me and the kids this time.

Love the packing process! I've done a trying-on session & that's all hung in the spare room wardrobe & I've asked DH to get the cases out of the loft this weekend - sooooo exciting!

I'm tempted to start this weekend - will do my try on session at least. Am optimistic abd have another couple of pairs of shorts arriving today (will definitely need them in the summer and thought I would get them on sale!) so hopefully I will have everything I need. Then just got to buy whatever DH needs 😂

My cases have been packed since October as we were supposed to be going then but had to cancel and rebook!

I do the packing of the cases but not the selction of stuff.

Me, grab my clothes and pack them at the bottom of the cases on a bed in the spare bedroom. Takes about 5 minutes.
Then pack all the sundries e.g. toiletries, washing powder etc. Takes 5 minutes
Then retreat downstairs and Dibb for an hour whilst my Wife gets out about 100 items, tries them on, then puts them ready for me to pack. Then I pack them and she changes her mind. So I unpack and there is a rethink. Then I repack.

That sounds like me and DH but then I get the blame if anything is forgotten.
