Ive just booked mine, finally. Decidedf we couldn't really wait much longer.

So, I've ordere their tests just for simplicity, 4 x certs and 1 consultation which was £59 with the 30% discount.

I keep double checking that its the day before and not 24 hours before. We fly on 20th June at 10AM with tests on 19th June at 8am.

Thats ok isn't it? I have checked a million times I just need someone to confirm lol.

I really need to get something booked too.. but it won't let u see the availability of appt until you've paid.. what if there's none on the day that I need?

There was a lot of availability when we booked. Plus I believe you can message them and they will try and help if nothing is suitable?

We are in Vancouver and took their tests with us as we need to test before we get on a cruise tomorrow? Just done it in our hotel room, all worked seamlessly and most importantly we are both negative so can sail tomorrow 😁. I personally can't fault them, and this is our 3rd time using.

Just had our tests all negative 🥳

Have to say DOcHQ were fantastic. The person who monitored ours was on time, very helpful and very professional. He made sure we received our certs and got us to check them to make sure they were correct. Great all round service.

We had ours this afternoon, all fine. I found them very easy to deal with and they were very fastidious in ensuring all the certificates had come through correctly before leaving the call.

Feels real that we’re going at last!
