Universal in 1 Day?
Is it possible to cover all the main rides at both Universal parks in one day with the purchased Express Pass? I appreciate it will be a long day, but it will be 4 young fit individuals?

I think it depends on the time of year and what you consider the main rides. You certainly can get a tons done with express- Velocicoster and Hagrid's will be the main two to work around due to lack of express. However on really busy days express queue can be 30 minutes plus.

Yes, it's definitely doable. I did it myself and hit all the big rides in both parks in 1 day with the Express pass. Just get there at park opening to queue for the rides not included in the pass first (for instance I don't know if Velocicoaster is included. I think Hagrid is included temporarily, but not sure until when).
