Solo trip - which on-site hotel?

Contemplating a solo trip later this year.

Which of the All Stars would you recommend? Are the buses awful?

Or should I fork out a bit more and go for Pop Century?

As I'll be on my own, moderates are not going to be worth it.

I've been solo to All-Stars Music and it was fine as I was only sleeping there. The bus service was fine too. However, after staying at Port Orleans Riverside on my 2nd solo trip, I don't think I could go back to a value resort.

Thanks, our last on-site was Riverside. We've also stayed at FQ and loved it.

I would say avoid All Star Sports, but other than that the other two All Stars are basically the same.

The reason I suggest avoiding Sports is that you often find sports groups and cheerleaders are drawn to AS Sports and can be a bit noisy.

The buses are fine, regular and convenient. But of a pain at the end of the night sometimes, but honestly if staying at an All Star saves you some money, book the occasional Uber for your convenience.

I was staying at Rosen Inn LBV 22nd to 29th March this year and we got an Uber to and from a park every day, took a trip to the outlets and a trip to the supermarket and only spent a total of £240 on all the many ubers we used (inclusive of tips)! So realistically it's not an expensive thing to take the occasional Uber.

I have stayed at AS Music, PO French Quarter, Coronado and AKL solo. Out of those I would choose POFQ but would probably try Pop in future due to the Skyliner and use of AoA food court for variety.

I have done Pop solo and am doing so again. Skyliner swung it for me 👍

I don’t see any benefit for one over another for a solo traveller but Pop has the Skyliner which is attractive to a lot of people solo or not.

If I was to do a solo trip then Pop Centuary would be my 1st choice. The sky liner is great saves so much time. We stayed mid March and asked for and got a quiet area close to the main building.

I've done Sports and Movies solo, both are fine.
I actually prefer Sports out of the two, I had a non-preferred room and it was only about 4 mins walk to the bus stop.
