Floridatix universal tickets

Iv made a mistake. Not even sure how Iv done it but when checking my tickets today Iv booked 2 adults and 2 children.

When I checked something on the website I noticed a child’s ticket was age 3-9 and one of my children is 10 so she needs an adult ticket.

I’m going to ring them tomorrow but has anyone made this mistake before and is it a easy (not too expensive) to fix.

The price ticket difference for adult to child is only £8 so I’m not even sure how I made the mistake!

We go 17th May.

I don't think there is much difference on price so they should hopefully just be able to swap it out for you.

Hope you manage to get through to them!

I wouldnt worry to much, we bought a child ticket for our 11 year old many years ago. No one will ever question it.

I was just worried as they ask for ID the first time you use them I think.
Well according to the paperwork.

She could pass for a 9 year old as she’s short but I’d hate to get turnt away at the door

I hope you can get it sorted. It’s an easy mistake to make. After all 10 is only a child and you will not be used to putting them in the adult section.
