Best number to call for Disney Resort requests

Hi all,

What is the best number to call to request a certain area of the resort? I have read that it's best to ignore the request area on the app when checking in.

We’ve always emailed the hotel directly around a week before check in. Always worked for us and we’ve snagged some really good upgrades to suites too 😂😂

Amazing! What email address did you use? Did you get a response?

I just googled the email for whichever hotel I needed.

I’ve never had a response but they’ve clearly read them !

I’ve tried finding an email address for Port Orleans French Quarter and can’t find anything other than a generic WDW guest relations one.

I've used Touring plans in the past with about 50% of my requests being met.

I put as the subject “FAO Beach Club room assigner”

I’m trying to find previous emails for Poly, GF, BW and AKL.

We used the live chat option on the myDisneyexperience app. I was answered fairly swiftly and they agreed to add the requested to the booking. Very easy.

Touring plans always seems good. Previously I faxed and got what I asked for.
Remember be polite, try not to request to much or something far fetched and state any special occasions.
