Well deserved too! Husband sings in the Abbey choir - it’s an amazing building.

Then there’s the countryside…

And finally some of the best castles…

I love Northumberland and Newcastle, but some of those places are miles away from Newcastle. I’d encompass the north wales coast, Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, all the way down to stoke on Trent and across to Leeds from here in Warrington. But I’d happily move to the Northumberland coast

You must be near me, Mitch! Chester is probably our closest centre, but Manchester, Warrington, and Liverpool are within easy reach.

Our closest town is Northwich, which has had a ton load of money pumped into it in recent years, but the 2008 recession gutted the town centre. There is a beautiful marina, though... now we just need some tenants in the new Barons Quay development.

We have a Waitrose, but no M&S! We used to have one, but it closed a few years back, which is a shame, because the market is there!

Our village is lovely, though. Very well placed for walks and pubs. Great schools, playing fields, even a polo club... lol

Hatfield Heath , near Harlow. Lovely village with handy shops, etc, green space, lovely community feel but handy for stansted airport and London. Perfect really. Only thing I miss is the sea I would love to listen to the waves crashing outside my window every night

I live in Watford, the best thing about it is the road out! If i could move I would. On a positve note the road out takes you to some wide open green spaces.

Always swore I'd never move back. Forty years later here I am At least I can get to the football - although not sure if that's a bonus at the moment...

It’s the most tranquil place. I walk around it every morning with my dog.
Really sets me up for the day ❤️
