From speaking to other people I know who work around the airport, T3 yesterday and today has had periods where there is a 45 minute wait just to get to where you scan your boarding card.
But it seems to go in fits and starts as the majority of the other messages before me are saying they haven't had much of a wait at all, so I hope your experience is like those and not the one I've described!
