As a 'veteran' of Sky Q compatability problems I found turning off the 2.4 waveband on the main Sky box and any mini boxes solved the problem for me (after many other modifications eg hard wiring from the main box to the Sky booster via a Netgear switch connected to the broadband router and Amplifi mesh system)
