Halloween at gated Community villa

Hi, random question, but we are staying at a Dibb villa in a gated community in October/ November and were wondering what's the score on halloween night. Do you decorate and leave out candy?

On our estate
We leave the garage and porch lights on and a bowl of candy by the front door
I have Halloween decorations at the villa and guests can put them up and take part if they want
British candy goes down. Storm
