BA own app vs Verifly - How long

When we travelled to Orlando in Feb, we completed Verifly - it was so quick and so simple; everything was approved pretty much within 5 minutes

What are folks experience of the BA app/ document submission - is it just as quick or does it take longer to come back as approved?

It took about an hour last week for all three of ours, that includes my 7 year old who is a unvaccinated- I wondered if his checks might take longer.

The most fiddly bit was having to sign the Attestation form, then they email it to you, then you have to take a screen shot of said email then upload that! Must be a simpler way, but the rest was fairly straight forward

I didn’t have to do the web attestation form - when I looked last week I could see that but it was different today - weird

Haven't tried it yet and tbh, having read so many different reviews good and bad, I think we will just take a load of paperwork and do everything at the check in desk

We couldn’t get our documents to verify on the BA web page yesterday so took them to the airport for twilight check in instead and it was much easier! We also flew in December and VeriFLY was much easier!

Just spoken to two different agents - both have said to do VeriFLY and had no idea the Orlando route was any different - finding all this fairly stressful - my eldest lad is 13 and petrified of flying so really wanted to get everything done so we can check in and secure our seats …. 🙈🙈
