I'm trying to get my head around the geography of this, I always thought Stephen King books were based in Maine but they mention 'the incident' happened in the Georgia Woods

Episode 3 watched. This is most weird! I’ve got my head around it now regarding the characters. But for the life of me can’t see where it’s going apart from maybe one explanation
