Mrs MH's alternative Valentine's day

Me and Mrs MH haven't bought each other cards or presents for Valentine's day for more years than I can remember (a complete con), but instead yesterday I surprised her with a special treat for this Saturday night:

I bought her a 4k Joker dvd (she insisted I bought it for myself though), I told her that I'm buying her a nandos take away, followed by a nice box of chocolates (assuming Sandra hasn't bought them all from my local asda).

I told her that after the nandos, the movie and the chocolates, she could come and visit me in the loft conversion, but she said she would be too tired

I don’t shop in Asda darling, far to posh for that!
Me and dh are doing nothing, I’m on a diet and I just bought a rather wonderful dress for my sons wedding so I need to diet. As it’s on Friday me and my sister will be out shopping, I might treat dh to a steak for tea, no Hanky panky in our house, cos Ds, dd and the dog are there. Maybe give Mrs M H some wine and spray yourself with Lynx Africa and invite her to your loft conversion!

Shame on you all 😂 I'm going to get a ready meal... Not just any ready meal , a you know who ready meal, music , candles ,
But we do this every Friday so nothing extra for us except a card, however by Sunday I will probably get some half price roses that still have 5 days life left in them 😉
