As long as the advice is not still in place on the date you travel.
It looks like you can also buy an extension that covers you if you travel against fco advice but I wouldn't so didn't look into it Edited at 09:12 PM. |

I've got my insurance from fingers crossed Ltd. They have a terrible reputation for paying out, but the policy is free!
Basically it was late at night, we were in bed browsing on the ipad, not expecting to see anything, we saw cheap flights and got giddy and booked them thinking we "should be ok". The "should be ok" comes from me having an annual policy through work which I think will cover Covid. (I haven't double checked the email yet). I also saw something about moving flight dates for free if need be when we were booking, (but we didn't double check for small print) and it's on the credit card, so there are a few avenues open for refund. We just couldn't be bothered confirming them at 11pm at night, and didn't want to risk the prices going up. We got giddy at the price and booked. It's also booked direct with the airline which removes an element of risk.
