I did not know about the liners...
ours I think is morphy Richards, but I hate cleaning it! However these liners might provide a way to allow more use!

We have a Breville one and it’s very useful and easy to use. Perfect for the three of us and whatever meat we do in ours there’s usually plenty for everyone to eat. I can fit a 2.8 kg brisket in there with some stock and leave it for hours since it only has three settings Low, High and Keep Warm. It makes some tasty casseroles. I have a good cookbook too with hundreds of recipes in it’s by Diane Phillips everything from soups to desserts so something for everyone.

Another vote for the MR sear and stew...……..my top tip, buy a single hand oven glove too as with the pot being aluminium it moves easily when stirring on the hob

Yes! Exactly this! I bought one of those that has a rubber type hand and its perfect. You also won't need liners in this one as its non-stick so washes really easily.

I got a cheapie from Asda... £9 and then it went up to £14. I absolutely adore it, bought some for my friends and it is one of the best kitchen appliances I have ever bought. I now have 2 for large get togethers. My advice, don't pay out for expensive ones, the cheap Asda one is brilliant. xxx

A good slow cook book is a good investment too. So many fab things that wouldnt immediately spring to mind.

That was a good move if you weren’t certain you’d get a lot of use out of it.

Have three of different sizes. Either Morphy Richards or Asda own label.. They are brilliant and in my opinion no need to spend big as they are fairly simple things

I've never tried the liners, however I stick it in the bottom of the dishwasher (obviously the removable dish not the whole thing! ) And it comes up fine.
