I make Nigella's Rocky Road, we love it. I've also done ginger chocolates which were very simple as just 2 ingredients. I like to make treats over Christmas. I'm going to do a Mary Berry Whtie Chocolate and ginger cheesecake this year and a chocolate roulade instead of a time log. Lots of mince pies from the mince which is already made and some jam tarts as DS doesn't like mince pies!

Peppermint creams are super easy to do, and can dip in chocolate for bit extra. They look pretty as white snowflake shapes and green trees (cookie cutters). No baking required!

I think I can manage these!
Are the Oreo ones sweet enough?

I am also going Christmas pudding truffles... they can be for adults and the Oreo ones for kids lol

Christmas pud truffles
Crumble Christmas pudding
Add melted chocolate and rum and mix then form balls
Allow to cool/firm them drip melted white chocolate on top to make each one look like a mini pudding with icing on top
(I don’t know how to post a link lol)

Did you see my thread on the chocolate wreath I made? That was so easy and it tasted gorgeous.
You can also make a load of smaller ones instead of the big one

I just made these little cake pop penguins for Father Christmas’s arrival in town tonight 🐧
They’re quite straightforward and as they’re sealed in chocolate (well, candy melts) they last a while too
