Yep just received it. It does state at the bottom to contact your travel provider.
ATD who I have booked with said they are still waiting to find out what’s happening 🤷

I've just got this too. We have a bit of time before we need to pay in full so we were holding on waiting for more info.

It is making me laugh that they want me to contact my travel provider (they are the travel provider - we booked direct) and I've seen so many posts of people who have phoned to ask questions being told not to do it again

I just got it too. Grrrrrrrr it's so frustrating. Hoping they'll be a follow up email. I have zero confidence in Tui- so far I've known more than them!

Yes me too. I've checked my booking invoice in Manage my Booking and dining plan is still showing on my invoice. I'm going to call tomorrow and ask if this is it or not because if it is the email we've been waiting for I'm flabbergasted!

Does feel this is a generic email, very poor though with so many waiting to resolve bookings, maybe more of a holding email or trying to persuade those with 2020 bookings to cancel

I think this is just a general email that they have sent if you have a ticket linked to your MDE. Only reason I say that is because the email I use for MDE experience is different to the email I used to book my holiday through Disney. I received this email from Disney through the email linked with MDE and not my booking. I hope that makes sense?!
I am still holding out for what they will offer although I we are pretty certain we are not going this year.
